How the path is ordered
We refuse to teach trend reversal signals as a shortcut. The curriculum stacks skills the same way a chart should be read: auction context first, then candidate turns.
Swing anatomy
Define swing highs and lows that matter on your working timeframe. Distinguish noise pivots from swings that change the auction. Homework: three unmarked charts with only swing dots allowed.
Break of structure
Mark when price takes out a prior swing in the trend direction — and when it fails. Practice invalidation lines you can defend verbally.
Change of character
Identify the first opposing break that suggests the prior trend is under pressure. This is the bridge between structure maps and any later reversal discussion.
Trend reversal signals
Only after the map is clear: failed breaks, reclaim bars, and multi-timeframe alignment. Timed accept/reject drills keep the room honest.
Chart defense
Present one full history to peers. The room may challenge your swing choices and signal criteria. Graduates often continue with private reviews.
