Privacy Policy

How Cyber Chart Digital collects and retains personal data from technical analysis training inquiries and students in Taiwan.

Data controller

Cyber Chart Digital (“we”) controls personal data collected through cyber-chart.digital and offline when you book technical analysis training. Contact: hello@cyber-chart.digital, 886-2-29600454, Alley 1, Lane 69, Chung Cheng Road, Pan-chiao City, Taipei Hsien.

Data we collect

  • Identity and contact details you submit (name, email, phone if provided)
  • Message content, preferred lesson, and preferred start week
  • Booking, deposit, and attendance records
  • Limited technical data such as cookie identifiers (see Cookies)

We do not ask for national ID numbers, trading-account passwords, or payment-card details through the website form.

Purposes

We use personal data to respond to inquiries, schedule seats, deliver lessons, process refunds when applicable, improve classroom materials, and meet legal accounting obligations in Taiwan.

Retention

Inquiry emails without a booking are typically retained up to 24 months. Booking and invoice records are retained for the period required by Taiwanese accounting and tax rules, generally at least five years. You may ask us to delete inquiry data earlier when no legal retention duty applies.

Your rights

Subject to applicable Taiwan personal-data protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing, and you may object to certain uses. To exercise rights, email hello@cyber-chart.digital. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent Taiwanese authority.

International transfers

Our primary operations and storage are in Taiwan. If a processor outside Taiwan is used (for example, email infrastructure), we take reasonable contractual and technical steps appropriate to the transfer.

Security

We apply access limits to student lists and prefer encrypted transport for the public website. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information by email.

Updates

We may revise this Privacy Policy by posting changes on this page with an updated effective context. Material changes affecting enrolled students will also be noted by email when practical.
