Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid technical analysis training with Cyber Chart Digital: the Market Structure Intensive, Reversal Signal Clinic, and Private Chart Reviews. It does not cover products or delivery models we do not offer (for example, downloadable software subscriptions or physical goods retail).

Eligibility window

Refund requests must be emailed to hello@cyber-chart.digital with your full name, lesson name, and payment reference. Timeframes below use calendar days before the scheduled start of the first session (or the booked review slot).

Deposits

Seat deposits hold your place in a cohort. Deposits are fully refundable if you cancel at least 14 days before session one. Cancellations between 13 and 7 days before start receive a 50% deposit refund. Inside 7 days, deposits are non-refundable unless we cancel the cohort.

Full tuition — intensives and clinics

• Full refund of tuition paid (including deposit credit) if you cancel at least 14 days before start, or if we cancel the cohort.
• Partial refund (50% of tuition paid) for cancellations 13–7 days before start, provided no printed materials unique to you have been produced beyond the standard pack.
• No tuition refund inside 7 days before start, except where Taiwanese mandatory consumer rules require otherwise or where we cancel.

Private Chart Reviews

Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before the slot for a full refund or free reschedule. Later cancellations or no-shows forfeit the session fee. If the instructor cancels, you may choose a full refund or a new slot.

Non-refundable items

• Third-party payment processing fees already incurred, when the processor does not return them
• Custom printed packets already produced for a named student after the 14-day window
• Completed private review hours already delivered

Work already started

Once an intensive or clinic session has begun, refunds cover only undelivered future sessions on a pro-rata basis if we remove a cohort for our own reasons. Student-initiated withdrawal after session one does not generate a pro-rata refund except at our discretion for documented medical emergencies.

Rescheduling

You may request one complimentary transfer to a later cohort if seats exist and notice is given at least 7 days before the original start. Additional transfers may require a administrative fee disclosed in writing.

No-shows

Failure to attend without notice is treated as a late cancellation. Materials already issued are not returned for cash value.

Refund method and timing

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method when possible, or by bank transfer to an account you nominate. Processing typically completes within 10–14 business days after approval. We will confirm by email.
