Terms governing technical analysis training bookings, intellectual property, and liability for Cyber Chart Digital in Taiwan.
Acceptance
By browsing this website or requesting a seat in a Cyber Chart Digital lesson, clinic, or private chart review, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not submit a booking request or attend a session.
Educational nature of services
All offerings are educational training on technical analysis — market structure and trend reversal signals. Nothing on this site or in the classroom constitutes investment advice, brokerage, portfolio management, or a promise of trading results. Past chart examples are illustrative only.
Bookings and payment
Seat requests submitted through the contact form are inquiries, not completed purchases. A binding booking arises when we confirm availability in writing and you pay the stated deposit or tuition through the offline payment method we provide. Prices on the Rates page are informational.
Intellectual property
Worksheets, scorecards, slide decks, and annotated examples remain the property of Cyber Chart Digital. Students may keep personal notes and completed homework for private study. Redistribution, resale, or recording of sessions without prior written consent is prohibited.
Student conduct
We may refuse or discontinue a seat if a participant disrupts the room, harasses others, or repeatedly ignores safety and classroom rules. Tuition handling in those cases follows the Refund Policy where applicable.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China), Cyber Chart Digital is not liable for trading losses, opportunity costs, or decisions you make after training. Our aggregate liability arising from a booked service is limited to the tuition paid for that specific engagement.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). Courts in Taiwan shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or from training delivered at our Pan-chiao studio, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
